It's pretty much the same as Sweat. There are lots of colors, and people. But it's 18+. The bouncers aren't easy to get past either. They require you to show some kind of ID at the door. If you're underage normally they won't let you in. But if they know you well enough then they will, or sometimes if you do them a few...favors.

When referring to their fine establishment, the owners prefer to refer to Emporers as a 'Gentlemen's club' But judging by the skeezy men that hang out there it's obvious that it's a strip club. It's got plenty of dancers, and open positions. They are not beneath hiring younger dancers if you look at least 18.

For all those interested in the same gender, here is your haven. The only gay nightclub in town. This is probably the biggest contributer to the Neon Strip's name. It comes complete with bright colors and flashing lights. Most of the people found here are quite...loose, so you never have a problem finding a good lay here. ;]
